İmam Mâtürîdî’de Ülü’l-emr Kavramı

Bu makalede İslâm düşünce tarihinin önemli konuları arasında yer alan “ülü’l-emr”in İmam Mâtürîdî (ö. 333/944) tarafından nasıl anlaşıldığı ortaya konulmaktadır. kelimenin ne anlama geldiği, kimleri kapsadığı, şartlarının neler olması gerektiği ve ülü’l-emre itaatin sınırı ile ilgili çeşitli görüşler verilerek Mâtürîdî’nin de ülü’l-emr kavramına yaklaşımı amaç olarak konmaya çalışılmaktadır. Mâtürîdî, kendisinden önce verilen anlamları kabul etmesinin yanında umerâ daha çok ulemâ anlamı üzerinde yoğunlaşmaktadır. bu görevi yapacak olanın ehl-i takva, istinbat basiret gibi şahsına münhasır özelliklerini belirterek itaâtin gerekliliği durmaktadır. Ülü’l-emr itaât konusunun dediği anlamlarının günümüzde işinde ehil dindar olan müsbet ilim sahibi kimseleri belli başlı yönetim pozisyonunda bulunanları da kapsayabileceği konulmuş olup bunlara şartlar çerçevesinde durulmaktadır.
